State Street Corporation through Charles River Development seeks a seasoned program manager to lead scoping, design and execution of large onboarding initiatives. You will govern projects, coordinate the PMO, and drive stakeholder communications while working closely with engineering teams to hit client go‑live dates.

The role requires a decade of financial services experience, strong leadership, and a record of delivering complex multi‑team programs on a global scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years financial services experience.
• Deep operations knowledge in transaction management, reconciliations, corporate actions, performance measurement and attribution, derivatives, bank loans and collateral management.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certifications are a plus.
• PMO certification is optional but helpful.
• Ability to lead across multiple (matrixed) organizations and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight of scoping, analysis, design and execution across CRD development lifecycle.
• Lead governance meetings and consolidate project plans and materials.
• Oversee communication with stakeholders and escalate risks and issues.
• Drive changes and interventions to achieve program goals.
• Collaborate with engineering scrum teams to meet client timelines.
• Build and manage Jira/Confluence sites for sprint tracking.
