Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in trading and capital markets.
• Proven experience leading large-scale change through governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact, negotiate and influence at all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery and execution of initiatives across the Markets product and change portfolio, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into clear product, change and delivery plans.
• Steer initiatives through governance with effective oversight and timely decisions.
• Provide clear status reporting on progress, escalations and key decisions.
• Identify and resolve significant issues or roadblocks with senior management involvement.
• Define product capabilities and workflows to clarify requirements and ownership.
• Implement workflows and procedures to support evolving business capabilities.
• Collaborate with Technology to deliver solutions meeting requirements.
• Manage demand across Technology and other partners to resolve competing priorities.
• Build relationships with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement and more to ensure robust delivery.
