Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in financial services or related fields.
• Experience with annuities or retirement-focused products is a plus.
• Proven track record leading large-scale strategic initiatives and commercialization efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across major Future Growth initiatives.
• Drive commercialization of Insurance Overlay and DC Lifetime Income opportunities.
• Coordinate strategic partnerships and enterprise initiatives.
• Establish governance rhythms and accountability frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Distribution, Institutional, PGIM, Product, Ops, Finance, Marketing, Tech, Legal, Compliance, CRM.
• Drive launch readiness and implementation activities across both businesses.
• Identify execution risks and resource gaps.
• Improve organizational effectiveness and support Future Growth scaling.
• Champion Future Growth's Focus and Finish philosophy.
