Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Director/VP of Strategic Initiatives to collaborate with senior leadership on high-priority operational and strategic programs. The role calls for thriving in ambiguity, building structure, and delivering cross-functional impact across the firm.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director of Operations, shaping processes, improving operating effectiveness, and driving strategic priorities that fuel growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through full execution and implementation.
• Partner directly with senior leadership to solve complex business challenges and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Design and implement scalable processes and governance frameworks for key firmwide priorities.
• Develop executive-level materials such as presentations, business cases, and leadership communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, drive alignment, and sustain momentum for initiatives.
• Build relationships across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution as an advisor and implementation partner.
• Over time, own key operational forums and leadership-driven workstreams.
