hireneXus is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to partner with the executive team to shape and execute the company’s strategic plan. You will lead the transformation office and guide the integration of acquired brands into a unified regional operating model, working with senior leaders and field operators to drive measurable improvements.

This role requires leading enterprise-wide initiatives, managing post-acquisition integration, and delivering scalable operational processes

Competenze

Experience in top-tier management consulting or PE portfolio ops, followed by internal strategy/transformational leadership.
Proven track record leading a transformation office or PMO with enterprise-wide initiatives.
Experience managing acquisition integrations and operating models across brands and regions.
Understanding frontline workforce challenges, especially skilled trades.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, execution, accountability, and stakeholder skills.
Ability to drive structure and governance in fast-paced, evolving environments.
