hireneXus is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives in New York, with remote options and regular travel to New York. This operating seat reports to the CEO and CFO and will own cross‑functional priorities across pricing, AI services, and go‑to‑market efforts.

You will drive ROI‑driven initiatives, develop executive dashboards, support capital readiness, and partner with founders, engineers, and commercial leaders to translate strategy into measurable results.

• Background with a leading management consulting firm or equivalent finance-focused environment.
• Ability to develop, evaluate and defend financial models and business cases.
• Ownership mindset with execution-focused approach in ambiguity.
