NAVEX, a global leader in risk and compliance, seeks a Director, Strategy & Operations to own complex initiatives end-to-end and drive outcomes. You will work directly with the CEO and business leaders on high-priority programs spanning strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional execution in a global role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• MBA preferred; bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Own priority growth and value initiatives sponsored by the CSO.
• Lead cross-functional programs with clear accountability and timelines.
• Synthesize market and financial insights into strategic recommendations.
• Present executive memos and materials for leadership and board.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and M&A considerations.
