Job summary

Triz Engineering Solutions seeks a VP Business Development to accelerate commercial growth and lead strategic market initiatives. You will spearhead partnerships, target OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, and expand diversified revenue streams while upholding high standards of integrity and leadership.

This executive will inspire confidence, tailor communications, and influence stakeholders in a fast-moving environment, driving sustainable impact and brand expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of business development, strategy, or commercial leadership in technology or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record selling complex engineering-services engagements to target customers.
• Established network and deal history within core markets, with repeat business.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client relationships while expanding existing partnerships.
• Lead business development strategies to attract and retain clients and grow external revenue.
• Drive external revenue growth through long-term contracts and diversified partnerships.
• Position Triz as the preferred end-to-end commercial vehicle engineering partner.
