Emergence Automotive seeks a VP of Strategic Finance to drive the financial blueprint across its automotive portfolio. You will work directly with portfolio CEOs and leadership teams to understand performance, allocate capital, and improve decision-making.

You will lead acquisition modeling, diligence, synergy analysis, and post-close value creation, while embedding strong financial discipline and clear executive storytelling.

Competenze

• Strong financial modeling ability.
• Experience in strategic/operating finance, FP&A, or corporate development.
• Experience with M&A, diligence, synergy analysis and integration planning.

Mansioni

• Own the strategic finance cadence across the automotive portfolio including forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Build operating models with scenario planning and capital allocation decisions.
• Partner with portfolio leadership to turn analysis into recommendations and actions.
• Lead M&A work including modeling, diligence, and integration planning.
• Create board- and investor-ready materials and drive finance standards across the portfolio.
