Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union seeks an AVP of Commercial Portfolio Management to lead risk monitoring, renewals, and performance of a high-quality commercial loan portfolio. You’ll guide a team of Portfolio Managers and Administrators, ensuring accuracy of financial spreads, annual reviews, and covenant testing in line with policy.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of related experience, a Finance/Accounting degree, and strong leadership and analytical skills to support member service and compliance

Qualifications

Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activity of the Commercial Portfolio Management area and assign duties.
Direct underwriting to ensure timely financial spreads and covenant testing.
Ensure annual loan reviews, renewals, and risk assessments are completed accurately.
Collaborate with team members to address concerns and escalate when needed.
Approve or recommend loan reviews within delegated authority.
