Turion Space in Southern California is seeking a Vice President, Space Logistics to lead full-cycle capture of government and commercial space programs, shaping strategy and coordinating with engineering to align proposals with customer needs.

You will build multi-year growth plans, manage an end-to-end proposal process, and cultivate relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to win competitive opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Program Management or Systems Engineering for space hardware programs in aerospace/defense.
• Direct experience with US Space Force and Intel communities as military member, employee, or prime contractor.
• Proven ability to influence a customer’s path (shaping).
• Ability to engage with engineering teams on spacecraft architecture and mission requirements.
• Solid understanding of government contracting vehicles and the win process.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Active clearance—Secret with ability to attain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and mature a mission area strategy for long-term growth plans (1, 3, 5, 10 years).
• Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline with projected opportunities across time horizons.
• Shape opportunities to align with Turion’s capabilities.
• Develop and implement capture strategies including customer needs, competition, and pricing.
• Prepare review packages to support bid decisions and approvals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure integrated touchpoints across the company delivering a consistent message.
• Articulate clear win themes and value propositions throughout the proposal process.
• Organize end-to-end development of proposals (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and manage internal/external teams.
