Job summary

Turion Space is seeking a Vice President, Space Logistics to lead full-cycle capture for government and commercial space programs. Based in Southern California with a split schedule between Irvine HQ and El Segundo, you will align engineering solutions with customer needs and shape win strategies.

You will drive mission-area growth, build pipelines, and orchestrate proposals with internal teams and external partners, while traveling as needed and maintaining active security clearances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or systems engineering for space hardware
• Direct experience with US Space Force/Intel communities
• Ability to influence customer decisions and win strategies
• Fluent technical discussions with engineering teams about spacecraft
• Solid understanding of government contracting and win processes
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and hold clearance
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature a mission area strategy for long-term growth
• Build and maintain a multi-year opportunity pipeline
• Shape opportunities to align with Turion's capabilities
• Develop and implement capture strategies with pricing insights
• Prepare review packages to bid and approve submissions
• Maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners
• Ensure integrated touchpoints across the organization
• Articulate clear win themes and value propositions in proposals
• Organize end-to-end proposal development (RFI/RFP/RQ) and staffing
