Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Director of Capture to lead strategic pursuits across the US Government space market. You will own complex capture initiatives, shape competitive strategies and align technical and commercial teams to win major government contracts.

The role requires deep knowledge of federal acquisition, experience in capture planning and Price-to-Win analysis, and the ability to work with engineering, pricing and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading government capture, business development, engineering, programme management or strategy.
• Familiarity with federal capture, proposal management or government acquisition processes.
• Understanding of US Government procurement and competitive acquisition strategies.
• Experience developing capture plans, win strategies and compelling value propositions.
• Knowledge of the US Government space sector and related aerospace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full capture lifecycle for targeted US Government opportunities from early engagement to contract award.
• Develop and execute capture plans, competitive positioning and win themes.
• Partner with business development to evaluate opportunities and customer priorities.
• Conduct competitor assessments and Price-to-Win analyses to strengthen bids.
• Identify strategic teaming arrangements and industry partnerships.
• Coordinate engineering, pricing, proposal and commercial teams throughout capture.
• Lead internal capture reviews, risk assessments and Bid/No-Bid decisions.
• Work with proposal teams to develop persuasive, compliant submissions.
• Present capture strategies and progress to senior leadership.
• Support transition of awards into programme delivery.
