Turion Space is seeking a Capture Manager to lead full-cycle capture for government space programs. You’ll work with engineering to ensure technical solutions meet customer needs, acting as a team seller to win complex opportunities.

The role is based in Southern California with a flexible schedule between the Irvine headquarters and the El Segundo aerospace hub. Travel up to 25% and eligibility for security clearances are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience as a Program Management or Systems Engineer for space hardware programs.
• Strong USG Space Network experience with US Space Force/Intel communities.
• Proven shaping experience influencing customer decisions.
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on spacecraft architecture.
• Solid understanding of government contracting vehicles and the win process.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to attain Top Secret/SCI.

Responsabilidades

• Shape opportunities to align Turion’s capabilities with customer needs.
• Develop and implement capture strategies including customer needs, competitive landscape, and pricing.
• Prepare review packages to support bid decisions and submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure integrated touchpoints across the company for a consistent customer message.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.
• Collaborate with other leads to define a multi-year mission-area strategy and pipeline.
