Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a multi-country Solutions Engineering org.
• Build leadership bench, succession plans and career paths.
• Establish capacity plans aligned to revenue growth.
• Define an operating model balancing coverage, tech specialization and efficiency.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and data-driven SE productivity.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to shape GTM strategy.
