Entergy seeks a seasoned Vice President, Shared Services to lead an enterprise-wide organization of 800+ staff and contractors delivering standardized, scalable services across Real Estate & Facilities, Aviation, Finance Operations, Compliance & Governance, Reporting & Analytics, and related programs.

You will set strategy, drive automation and cost discipline, and ensure service quality aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience spanning operational, financial, and/or technology domains.
Proven ability to lead transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong process, implementation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Innovation: Set vision for Shared Services; promote automation and continuous improvement.
Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality, cost-effective services aligned to business needs.
Governance & Controls: Establish policies, risk management, and internal controls.
Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget, forecasting, and cost-to-serve reporting.
Stakeholder Partnership: Build trusted relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Leadership & Talent: Develop talent, succession pipelines, and high-performance culture.
Executive Communication: Translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
