The Vice President, Shared Services serves as the senior enterprise leader responsible for delivering standardized, scalable, and high‑performing services that enable Entergy’s business strategy and operational resilience. This role leads an enterprise-wide service organization of 800+ geographically dispersed employees and contractors, ensuring consistent, customer‑centric support across all operating companies and functions. The VP oversees Real Estate & Facilities, Aviation Services, Finance Operations, Compliance & Governance, Reporting & Analytics, and enterprise programs including supplemental labor, travel & expense, payroll, and accounts payable. A cornerstone of this role is driving enterprise transformation and measurable business outcomes—modernizing processes, elevating service quality, strengthening cost discipline, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. The VP must be a commercially driven leader with strong financial and business acumen, capable of leading complex, diverse enterprise‑wide functions.
