Entergy Corporation is seeking the Vice President, Shared Services to lead an enterprise‑wide service organization of 800+ staff and contractors, delivering standardized, scalable, and high‑performing services.

The role drives enterprise transformation, modernizes processes, strengthens cost discipline, and enables data‑driven decisions, with a focus on real estate, finance operations, governance, payroll, and accounts payable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience spanning operational, financial, and/or technology domains.
• Proven ability to lead transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong process, implementation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and direction for Shared Services; promote digital enablement, automation (AI, RPA) and continuous improvement across service towers, fostering a culture that rewards experimentation, learning, and customer-centric design.
• Ensure reliable, high-quality, cost-effective services aligned to business needs and enterprise priorities.
• Establish clear policies and business controls; maintain compliance readiness and disciplined risk management.
• Provide budget oversight, forecasting, and transparent cost-to-serve reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders; align on outcomes and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Model enterprise leadership; develop talent and succession pipelines, set clear expectations, and hold teams accountable.
• Demonstrate executive presence; translate complex concepts into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders.
