Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex capital projects in energy or related sectors.
• Proven track record delivering $50M+ programs on time and within budget.
• Strong business acumen with senior stakeholder influence and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ENFRA’s ISD projects with focus on safety, energy savings, client experience and shareholder outcomes.
• Own Project Execution Plan, align scope, schedule, risk and commissioning strategies.
• Direct daily project team work, ensuring schedule adherence and cost discipline.
• Oversee safety programs across contractors and work fronts with a culture of improvement.
• Partner with M&V, Engineering and Legal to guarantee performance and risk mitigation.
• Manage client relationships, communications, and executive-level engagement.
• Maintain project controls, revenue recognition and change management.
• Lead staffing, development and performance of project team members.
