Job summary

Quanta-Services, via QISG, seeks a Vice President of Operations to standardize and scale business processes across EPC projects. You’ll partner with leadership to drive governance, performance, and enterprise-wide improvements while balancing decentralized operating models.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and risk controls across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent field.
• 12+ years’ progressive EPC/engineering services experience across multiple operating companies.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a decentralized environment without direct authority.
• Executive-level change management skills with adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
• Ability to leverage data, analytics, and operational systems to drive insight and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic partner to QISG and Operating Company leadership teams to support operational effectiveness, scalability, and performance improvement.
• Collaborates within the organization to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across core business processes.
• Supports operating companies through growth, integration, and change initiatives while maintaining local accountability.
• Leads development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise business processes across functions.
• Establishes governance frameworks, operating standards, and performance expectations for assigned groups.
• Drives enterprise-level visibility into operational performance, trends, and risks across operating companies.
