Archer, in collaboration with BNY, seeks a Vice President, Scrum Leader to join the Infrastructure Platform team in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on enabling agile delivery across PODs, driving execution, and fostering collaboration to achieve technology and business outcomes.

The candidate should have 5+ years of Scrum Lead experience, a tech background, and strong ability to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices. JIRA expertise and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Lead experience in active team environments.
• Infrastructure or technology background required to support infrastructure-focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and sprint lifecycle activities.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery activities.
• Proficiency with JIRA for tracking, reporting, and sprint management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure pod alignment with sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep pods focused on commitments and delivery outcomes.
• Lead retrospectives, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Coach pod members and stakeholders on Agile principles, team behaviors, accountability, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and traceable work management data in JIRA to support transparency and governance.
