Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Scrum Leader to join the Managed Account Solutions platform in Berwyn, PA, Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. You will optimize delivery, coach Scrum teams, and align product backlogs with strategic goals.

You’ll lead agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive data-driven decisions using metrics to improve predictability and value across large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–8 years of experience in Scrum Master/Agile delivery roles on large-scale software initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and Lean principles.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to identify dependencies, risks and impediments and escalate as needed.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Optimize delivery and proactively manage flow across teams.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to timeboxes.
• Remove impediments and resolve team dependencies.
• Coach teams on prioritization and delivery trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and leaders to manage program backlog.
• Use metrics and data to improve predictability and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
