Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with BNY, seeks a Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our Agile Practice in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. You will lead enterprise agile transformations, coaching senior IT and business leaders, and shaping long-term roadmaps for scalable change.

You will apply Lean-Agile principles, measure adoption, facilitate trainings, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve business agility and program outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 10–12 years of consulting experience advising senior IT and business management; financial services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Expertise in cross-functional leadership, coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach enterprise lines of business on Agile, technical, and product management to improve agility.
• Apply data analytics and performance measures to evaluate Agile adoption and progress.
• Design and facilitate Agile transformations and long-term roadmaps across the organization.
• Solve systemic enterprise challenges with scalable approaches ahead of rollout.
• Serve as a servant leader, driving mindset change through coaching and collaboration.
• Facilitate trainings, define success metrics, and drive improvements in practices.
