Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Lead to steer the Foundational Frameworks Platform in Pittsburgh, PA. You will guide end-to-end delivery across multiple agile teams, translating strategy into coordinated execution and driving governance, risk management, and release coordination.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of delivering large-scale tech initiatives in Agile environments.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple agile engineering teams.
• Drive PI Planning readiness, cross-team planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release coordination, and delivery governance.
• Operate as a technical delivery leader with understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native technologies, and architecture.
• Establish delivery transparency through data-driven metrics and executive reporting.
• Coach and develop Scrum Leads and promote disciplined agile delivery practices.
