Job summary

BNY seeks a Senior Vice President, Scrum Leader to join the Managed Account Solutions platform. This on-site role is based in Berwyn, PA or Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, and guides large-scale software delivery across multiple teams.

You will champion Agile practices, coach leaders and product teams, align backlogs with stakeholders, and drive value delivery using metrics and continuous improvement to enhance predictability and outcomes.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile delivery professional supporting software development teams and large-scale initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean principles.
Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate effective collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
Proven ability to identify dependencies, risks, and impediments and escalate to maintain delivery flow.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, CI, and automated testing.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills; Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach leaders and teams on prioritization, capacity, and delivery trade-offs.
Use delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive decisions.
Lead continuous improvement to foster organizational agility.
