Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Vice President, Scrum Leader to join the Infrastructure Platform team in Pittsburgh. You will enable Agile delivery across PODs, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams in Scrum practices to achieve business outcomes.

With 5+ years of Scrum leadership in infrastructure settings, you will manage dependencies, risks, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging JIRA for delivery visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent Scrum Lead experience driving Agile execution.
• Infrastructure or technology background to support infrastructure-focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices and sprint lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies to ensure pod execution and sprint alignment.
• Identify and remove impediments; support delivery outcomes and dependencies.
• Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and accountability.
• Maintain accurate work data in JIRA to support transparency and governance.
