Job summary

Right At School seeks a Vice President of School Partnerships for the FL/GA market to expand our urban and suburban program footprint. You will cultivate relationships with district leaders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead a regional team to exceed quotas while partnering with implementation and HR teams.

The role requires residing in Florida or Georgia, frequent travel (up to 50%), and close collaboration with marketing to create events that open opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years outside sales experience in education products or services.
• Proven quota attainment and recognition for top performance.
• Strong relationships with K-12 district leaders in FL and/or GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with senior district leaders and principals.
• Lead multi-level relationship development across large county systems.
• Support sales from lead generation to close for own and team deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan strategic events and drive pipeline.
• Forecast accurately and manage territory activity in CRM.
