Home Campus seeks a senior partnerships leader to expand our presence in state and regional athletic associations across the United States. You will build relationships, lead competitive bids, and convert associations into signed platform agreements.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own the playbook for entering new states. You’ll drive market intelligence, represent the company at conferences, and guide schools through growth while ensuring clean handoffs to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in high school athletics administration or the associations that govern it.
• Strong network within athletic associations and related governance bodies.
• Ability to manage long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading competitive RFP processes end-to-end.
• Effective communication with executives and directors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build a function from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Develop association relationships and sign platform agreements with state and regional associations outside CA/FL.
• Own market intelligence on when association software contracts come up for bid.
• Represent Home Campus at state and national athletic administration events; conduct demos and build relationships.
• Lead end-to-end competitive responses to RFPs and build reusable toolkit.
• Grow school subscriptions in states where association relationships exist.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and hand off closed-won schools to onboarding.
