Housman Learning is seeking a Senior Account Executive for School & District Partnerships in the Southeast. This remote role covers Texas, Georgia, and Alabama, selling curriculum, professional development, and assessment tools to district leaders and Head Start programs.

You will build pipelines, run full sales cycles, and collaborate with the COO and Northeast Director. Expect an $800K+ regional target in Year 1, with travel around 50% and uncapped accelerators for over-quota performance.

Competenze

• Four to seven years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in education.
• Demonstrated track record of carrying and attaining a quota of $700K+ in new ARR.
• Comfort with a multi-stakeholder decision process and long sales cycles.
• Experience with education buyers and outcomes-focused purchasing.

Mansioni

• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, conferences, referrals, and inbound conversion.
• Lead discovery, demos, pilots, and procurement cycles with district leaders and Head Start CEOs.
• Navigate state procurement environments and regional education programs.
• Travel ~50% (peaks 60–65%), with state procurement windows and conference seasons.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in Zoho and share weekly pipeline updates.
