Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Risk Officer - VP in Sandy, UT to lead operational risk management within Wealth Management Platforms Risk BCU. The role focuses on NFRA coordination, policy updates, issue management, and collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams.

The candidate will partner with product owners to enhance controls, prepare KRIs, and contribute to business continuity planning, while communicating findings to senior stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in risk management within the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or related financial industry experience preferred.
• Industry certification such as Series 3, 4, 7, 24 or 66 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall risk support and coverage for WM Platforms.
• Help implement and maintain oversight and control infrastructure to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory rules.
