Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President, CTIS Risk Oversight Lead in the CTIS team within Non-Financial Risk to advance independent oversight of cyber, technology and information security risk. You will lead a team and partner across Tech, NFR, Legal, Audit and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on risk assessments, KRIs, regulatory examinations and executive reporting, shaping risk management practices and contributing to Enterprise Risk Management programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent oversight and challenge of cybersecurity and technology risk management activities.
• Lead the team in assessing risk and control effectiveness for new technology infrastructure and cyber defenses.
• Review risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Technology, Non-Financial Risk, Legal, Audit and business stakeholders.
• Monitor KRIs, metrics and trends to identify areas requiring escalation.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits and governance reporting.
