Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in a quantitative discipline, Finance, Economics or similar.
• CRCM; MBA or JD from an accredited school desired.
• 8+ years' experience in a Non-Financial Risk (Operational and/or Compliance Risk focused) role.
• 6+ years' compliance and/or regulatory experience with knowledge of the financial services industry, U.S. Banks regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. Bank Business Units to develop End-to-End Product risk perspectives.
• Coordinate risk management responses across the organization, including NFRA.
• Design reports and present assessment results to senior management and governance committees.
• Lead due diligence for NPAs and SMA proposals, including DCRA processes.
• Lead 2LOD Monitoring checks, risk assessments, and other NFR deliverables.
• Create executive presentations and support boards and committees.
