Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Non-Financial Risk Coverage Officer at the VP level within the U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk team. The role partners with business units and control groups to oversee consumer lending and deposits risk, including NFRA and DCRA processes.

You will design metrics, lead reviews, and present results to executives and boards. Location is Dallas, TX, with an in-person interview requirement and eventual on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; quantitative discipline preferred.
• 8+ years' experience in a Non-Financial Risk (Operational/Compliance) role.
• 6+ years' compliance/regulatory experience with U.S. banking rules (e.g., OCC).

Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. Bank Business Units to develop End-to-End Product risk perspective.
• Coordinate responses to risk management activities across the organization.
• Design reporting and present results to senior management and governance committees.
