Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years' experience in a Non-Financial Risk (Operational and/or Compliance Risk) role.
• 6+ years' compliance and/or regulatory experience with knowledge of financial services industry and U.S. Banks regulations.
• CRCM; MBA or JD from an accredited school is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. Bank Business Units and Control Groups to assess End-to-End Product risks for Consumer Lending and Deposits & Cash Management.
• Coordinate responses to risk management activities across the organization.
• Design reporting and present assessment results to stakeholders and governance committees.
• Lead due diligence reviews for NPAs and SMA proposals including DCRA assessments.
• Establish metrics and tools to support 2nd line Operational Risk oversight activities.
• Provide oversight and challenge of 1LOD activities related to NFRA and Compliance Risk Assessments.
• Lead 2LOD Monitoring Check reviews and risk assessments.
• Support executive management presentations and reporting to boards.
