Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a VP Control Manager within Asset & Wealth Management to proactively manage operational risk through business process understanding, controls design, and innovative solutions.

You will partner with WM Investment Product Operations to build a rigorous risk framework, perform analyses, identify issues, and develop creative controls. This role offers growth in a dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Change Management: designs and implements change management strategies, drives adoption, trains others.
• Stakeholder Management: builds trusted partnerships across business, operations, technology, audit and compliance.
• Communication Skills: clear, concise messaging tailored to audience; presents facts effectively.
• Critical & Strategic Thinking: analyzes data, identifies root causes, evaluates options.
• Teamwork: leads cross-functional teams and fosters inclusive collaboration across programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify control gaps and drive actions to remediate.
