You will craft clear business requirements, mentor cross‑functional teams, and report progress to senior leadership. The candidate should have 10+ years in product development or technology with credit cards/pricing/rewards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product development or technology
• Credit cards pricing or rewards experience is a plus
• Ability to engage with diverse internal stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to Cards business processes
• Proven leadership in a matrixed environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication across business and technical levels

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Pricing and Rewards Reengineering projects from ideation to launch
• Prepare and present recommendations to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally
• Update senior leaders on progress and influence the organization
• Partner with Technology and Product teams to design and test new strategies
• Create well-defined business requirements and testing criteria
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
