Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an SVP Pricing and Rewards Reengineering Product Development leader to design, build, and implement new pricing and rewards strategies.

This role partners with technology and product teams to deliver high-quality features and to influence cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, write clear requirements, and present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product development or technology, credit cards and pricing/rewards a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Ability to engage diverse internal stakeholders and manage through influence.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply to card business processes.
• Proven leadership in a matrixed environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Pricing and Rewards Reengineering projects from ideation to launch.
• Prepare and present recommendations to leadership and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Update senior leaders on progress and influence the organization to support the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product on designing, building, implementing, and testing new strategies.
• Create well-defined business requirements/user stories and testing criteria.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
