Creative Dining Services is seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of Revenue & Retail to drive enterprise-wide revenue growth, pricing governance, and guest-focused retail experiences. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week at the Zeeland, MI office with travel about 15–25%.

You will lead meal plan design, pricing strategies, and merchandising standards across dining, retail, catering, and micro markets while collaborating with executive leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue management, retail operations, foodservice management, hospitality, catering, or related industries.
• Proven success leading revenue growth initiatives within multi-unit operations.
• Experience with pricing strategies, profitability programs, and retail merchandising.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide revenue growth strategies.
• Design meal plan offerings and pricing strategies to increase participation and revenue.
• Identify new revenue opportunities across education, corporate dining, senior living, and other segments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability while enhancing guest experience.
