Job summary

Creative Dining Services, headquartered in Zeeland, Michigan, seeks a Director of New Partnerships for Corporate Dining to lead strategic growth in corporate dining markets. You will identify opportunities, forge multi-stakeholder partnerships, and develop tailored hospitality solutions that deliver value.

Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships, you will collaborate across operations, finance, marketing, and leadership to craft proposals and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales or business development experience in hospitality management, contract services, food service, or related industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and developing profitable business relationships.
• Experience in B2B sales, including prospecting, relationship development, and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Identify and pursue prospective clients across corporate dining markets.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, and research.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Develop customized value propositions based on client objectives and needs.
• Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations through to new client acquisition.
• Pursue RFPs/RFIs and other opportunities; coordinate with internal teams for proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and revenue forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
