Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to own the systems, data, and processes that connect Sales, Marketing and Customer Success into a predictable revenue engine.

This senior leader will set pricing standards, lead deal desk, build the forecast with Finance, oversee commercial reporting, and grow the Revenue Operations team across pricing, deals, and reporting. Together with executives, you will drive forecast accuracy, optimize quote-to-cash, and ensure scalable

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in revenue or sales operations with CRM ownership and analytics.
• Proven track record improving forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, and sales efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Build and govern pricing models for services and SaaS subscriptions; set discount thresholds and terms.
• Maintain revenue forecast with Finance; manage forecast cadence and identify risks.
• Lead deal desk; improve sales stages, exit criteria and shorten sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead scoring and quote-to-cash improvements.
• Maintain data quality; own revenue tech stack and reporting for boards.
• Own territory design, quota setting, commissions, and account segmentation.
• Develop Revenue Operations team and expand capabilities as needed.
