Snap Finance is seeking a VP Revenue Growth to partner with senior leaders to monitor, analyze, and optimize revenue across all channels. You will lead the deployment of AI/ML to transform how we analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive growth for ourMerchant business.

You will manage a team responsible for business information, forecasting, and go-to-market alignment, shaping strategy with executives and driving data-informed decisions across the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytical, BI, or Revenue Operations roles.
• Bachelor's or higher degree required, Master's preferred.
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize revenue performance across funnels and channels.
• Partner with executives to set KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and innovations.
• Lead analytics to provide insights and inform GTM strategy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing revenue analytics team.
