Snap Finance seeks a senior leader to partner with executives, optimize revenue, and steer AI/ML-driven insights across Merchant and sales analytics. You will build and mentor a high-performance team, aligning product strategy with go-to-market plans while leveraging advanced analytics to drive growth and competitive advantage.

You will shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deploy AI-driven solutions to expand opportunities across revenue channels, influencing executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytical, BI, or Revenue Operations roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong proficiency with analytics and BI tools (Tableau, RStudio, etc.).
• Exposure to SQL and Python.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and terminology.
• Ability to evaluate AI/ML vendors and solutions for business application.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize revenue performance across funnels with strategic adjustments.
• Partner with executive and revenue functions to set KPIs aligned with objectives.
• Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities and innovations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on product strategy and GTM approach.
• Lead a team managing business information, assessing opportunities, and executing strategies.
• Champion deployment of AI/ML solutions to transform analysis and decision making.
