Snap Finance is seeking a VP of Revenue Growth to partner with senior leaders to monitor, analyze, and optimize revenue across all channels. You will champion AI/ML solutions to transform performance and guide strategic initiatives, reporting to the Executive Team and leading a dedicated analytics group.

This senior role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and ongoing growth opportunities across the Merchant revenue ecosystem.

Qualifications

10+ years in analytics, BI, or Revenue Ops roles.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Proficient with analytics tools such as Tableau and RStudio, plus SQL and Python.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and deployment approaches.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize revenue performance across funnels and KPIs.
Lead analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Drive AI/ML initiatives to inform strategy and experiments.
Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team.
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing for go-to-market alignment.
