Job summary

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union in Fayetteville, NC seeks a VP Retail Services-Onsite to lead all retail sales and service across branches and delivery channels. You will report to the SVP Member Services, hire and train staff, coach for performance, and collaborate with the executive team to improve processes, fraud prevention, and customer experience. Experience in consumer lending, leadership, and banking compliance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of retail services within a financial institution.
• Annual BSA, OFAC and Identity Theft training and related compliance programs.
