Job summary

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced leader to manage day-to-day credit administration for consumer lending. You will oversee underwriting, staff development, and ensure compliance with lending regulations.

This onsite role requires 5–10 years in credit administration, 3+ years in supervision, a Bachelor’s degree, and NMLS registration. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential to drive excellence and member service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have 5-10 years in credit administration with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Must be NMLS registered and knowledgeable of SAFÉ Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees underwriting and processing for all consumer loans.
• Ensures department-wide understanding of policies, procedures and guidelines through training.
• Maintains compliance with lending laws and regulations (ECOA, RegZ, Fair Lending, SAFE Act, BSA, OFAC).
• Manages staffing and performance evaluations; mentors staff and coordinates vendor relationships.
• Ensures high service levels to members and accurate documentation for loan disbursal.
