Responsibilities

• Interviews and assists members with loan products via phone/email.
• Maintains a sales-oriented approach to lending solutions.
• Explains loan terms and ensures required disclosures are in place.
• Originate loan applications and forward to underwriting for approval.
• Cross-sell ancillary products and meet sales metrics.
