The role leads vendor relationships, evaluates opportunities, and guides digital channels from strategy to implementation, working with IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, and Marketing to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Mandatory annual Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Identity Theft training.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and management of digital platforms, systems, and services to enhance member engagement and service delivery.
• Evaluate digital opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and lead initiatives to improve digital channels and adoption.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, and Marketing to ensure digital services are secure, compliant, reliable, and aligned with Credit Union objectives.
