Job summary

Lifeworks, Inc. in Norwood, MA is hiring a Vice President of Residential Services to direct residential operations and ensure service delivery per Individual Support Plans. The VP will supervise five Residential Directors and align programs with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

The role requires leadership in budgeting, staffing, training, and compliance while expanding services and partnering with the Senior Lifeworks Leadership Team. Availability for non-work hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Senior leadership experience in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and supervision of residential services.
• Work with Residential Directors to set goals, budgets, staffing, travel and in-service training.
• Hire, train, evaluate staff; handle performance, complaints and problem resolution.
• Prepare program budgets and contracts; monitor expenses and ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure accurate payroll records and timely data submission.
• Monitor incident documentation and program outcome measures.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, CARF, licensing authorities; expand programs.
• Participate in Senior Lifeworks Leadership Team and provide after-hours support.
