Job summary

Heartshare is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead its Developmental Disabilities (DD) Residential Services portfolio in New York. The role oversees multiple residential models, including IRAs and ICFs, with annual revenue around $86 million, reporting to the Chief Program Officer for Residential & Clinical Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and progressive leadership experience in complex multi-site operations.
• Senior leadership experience overseeing large-scale residential or 24/7 operations.
• Experience managing significant operating budgets and using data to drive performance.
• Ability to lead through other senior leaders and establish accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for the DD Residential Services portfolio.
• Ensure 24/7 residential operations meet person-centered standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead budget development, monitoring, and financial performance across the portfolio.
• Strengthen leadership development and succession planning within Residential Services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human services, healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, social work, psychology, or a related field

Master’s degree strongly preferred
