Job summary

ZBeta Consulting is seeking a Vice President of Managed Services to lead and evolve our managed services offerings across client engagements and long-term partnerships. Reporting to the COO, you will set strategy, operating model, service delivery standards, and scalable teams delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will partner with Business Development, Consulting, Design Services, and Project Delivery to transition projects into sustained managed services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
15+ years of progressive leadership in physical security consulting, project delivery, managed services, and security operations.
Experience managing executive client relationships and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Managed Services strategy aligned with long-term vision.
Define standards, governance, and best practices across Managed Services.
Develop operational KPIs for client satisfaction, service quality, and team performance.
Lead executive sponsorship for strategic engagements and ensure high-quality delivery.
Partner with cross-functional teams to transition projects into long-term managed service engagements.
Champion continuous improvement and scalable operating procedures.
